Upnetic Legal enables business owners to access free and discounted legal services, including contract and document review, letters and phone calls, registered agents, and consultations on any business legal topic.
Free Benefits
- Phone Consultations– Unlimited during business hours for new legal matters

Upnetic members receive 40% off attorney’s normal hourly rate, with a minimum of $125 per hour, for legal care beyond the free and discounted services.
Online Referral Process

Step 1: Scheduling The Call
To submit a referral request, they will first indicate when they would like to speak with an Upnetic referral specialist.
- If they are ready to speak with someone immediately, they can select the “Now” option. Our referral specialists will contact them within 5 minutes upon completion of their request. Please keep in mind that they will only be able to select the “Now” option during Upnetic’s working hours (Monday through Friday, 9am to 7pm ET).
- If they would prefer to schedule a call in the future, select the “Later” option. They will be prompted to select the date and time when they would prefer to speak with a referral specialist.
Step 2: Review Contact Information
After determining call schedule, they will be prompted to confirm their contact information so that a referral specialist can reach them.
If they would prefer to speak to a Spanish-speaking referral specialist, they can select the “Ayuda en Español” box on the left.
Step 3: Wait for Call
During the call with our Upnetic Legal referral specialists, we will request specific case details and information from clients to ensure that we assign them to a qualified attorney in their local area. We will also remind them of the Upnetic Legal plan benefits that may be applicable to their particular legal matter. After doing so, our referral specialists will provide them with an Upnetic Legal attorney’s contact information during the call, as well as via email. Clients can then contact their assigned Upnetic Legal attorney at their convenience to resolve their legal matter. They will also have access to previously referred attorney information at the bottom of the Upnetic Legal Services page.
